We're so glad to have you as part of the Sesame Place Philadelphia Season Pass Member family! With your Season Pass, you can unlock furry fun all season long and make unforgettable memories with each visit. Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your Season Pass this year.
1. Set Up Your Online Account
Your online account is the hub for unlocking Season Pass perks. From here, you can:
• Redeem your free guest tickets for friends and family
• Purchase discounted upgrades
These upgrades include Abby's Magic Queue, Dine with Elmo & Friends experiences, and All-Day Dining Deals.
2. Claim Your Rewards & Free Guest Tickets
After setting up your account, also called your Season Pass Member Account, you can log in to redeem select rewards. If you purchased a Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Transferable Pass, your free guest tickets are available for redemption in your account.
Some rewards, including Sesame Cash and PhotoKey, can only be redeemed at a self-service kiosk (located outside of Guest Relations), Guest Relations, or the Welcome Center at the park. Many rewards must be used on the same day that they are printed, so be sure to pay attention to the details of each reward.
3. Keep Your Season Pass Handy
Accessing your Season Pass is easier than ever! You can print a paper, wallet-size card at a self-service kiosk outside of Guest Relations or save your Season Pass on your phone.
4. Download the Sesame Place App
Before your first visit, download the Sesame Place mobile app for quick access to park hours, an interactive park map, our schedule of Meet & Greets and stage shows, mobile food ordering, and more!
5. Stay in the Loop
