Wagons & Strollers

Guests are welcome to bring their strollers and wagons into the park. Sesame Place also rents large double strollers at the park. Strollers and wagons are not permitted inside the gift stores, indoor restaurants or theaters, so there is plenty of designated, free stroller parking outside of the major rides and theaters around the park. All bags, strollers, and wagons go through a security screening at the front gate.

lifejackets

Life Jackets & Towels

Sesame Place provides complimentary life jackets (US Coast Guard Type II or III) at water attractions. Guests can bring their own life jackets as long as they are US Coast Guard Type II or III life jackets and pass security inspection at the front gate. Sesame Place does not provide towels, so guests must bring their own. Souvenir towels can be purchased at our gift shops including the Sesame Place Store, Mr. Hooper’s Gift Store, Abby’s Surf Shop & Trader Bert’s Treasures.
child swap

Child Swap

Sesame Place Philadelphia offers a Child Swap program on select dry rides and attractions. This program is helpful when one adult wants to ride with more than one child, but the ride does not allow the entire party to ride at the same time. Once at the front of the line, the adult can ride with one child while the other waits with a non-rider. Once the ride is complete, the children switch spots and the adult can ride with the other child without having to wait in line again. Please note that Sesame Place Philadelphia Ambassadors may not supervise children or ride with a child as part of the Child Swap program. A child swap must be done by a member of the guest party to allow the children to ride. Guests are permitted to ride two consecutive times. After the second ride, they must wait one full ride cycle before riding again.
