If you lose your Season Pass, please visit Guest Relations at the front gate with a valid form of identification to receive a reprint. If you lose your single day or two day admission ticket, please visit Guest Relations with your order number or original receipt for assistance.
You may upgrade your Sesame Place admission ticket to a Sesame Place Season Pass on the day of your visit. The amount paid for your ticket will be applied to the purchase of your Season Pass. Please visit any ticket window and an ambassador will be happy to assist you. Upgrade fees will apply.

Sesame Place’s zero change fee policy allows Guest to change previously made admissions reservations to a different date by calling 215-702-ELMO between 9:00am - 6:00pm EST. Additional cost applies for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices. Tickets, Passes, Membership, and Fun Cards are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Other restrictions may apply.
Most in-park experiences and products may be rescheduled 1 or more times with no fee if rebooked at least 24-48 hours prior to date of reservation (product-dependent) by calling 215-702-ELMO between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
