The total price for the initial 1-year term is the “Annual payments” price listed above. If you select the “Monthly payments” option, you will make a downpayment today and pay the remainder in 8 equal monthly installments. If you fail to timely pay a monthly installment, the entire remaining balance for the initial 1-year term will be due, your pass may be cancelled, and late fees and costs of collection may be collected.

The Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be revoked for misuse.

The Terms and Conditions for the Pass have a class-action waiver, are governed by the laws of the State where the park is located, and include exclusive venue provisions for any disputes.

Transferable Pass Guidelines:

• A Transferable Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass
• Each Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass Member may purchase one Transferable Pass only
• The Transferable Pass must have a dedicated “Host” Pass Member listed on the Pass
• The “Host” Pass must be an active Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass Member
• Valid for one visit per day through 1/10/2027. Must be accompanied by “Host Pass” Member

This convenient dining deal allows you to eat around Sesame Place Philadelphia at participating restaurant locations as often as once every 90 minutes until the published closing time. Valid location at Big Bird’s Burgers & Bites, Elmo’s Pizza Kitchen, and ABC Eats. All-Day Dining Deal is only valid for one day.

• Guest will provide e-voucher to Ambassadors at Big Bird's Burgers & Bites, Elmo's Pizza Kitchen, and ABC Eats in exchange for one All-Day Dining wristband.
• All-Day Dining Deal is only valid for one day.
• Wristband MUST be placed on wrist at time of redemption and worn at all times.

• All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. A parent/guardian must purchase Adult dining reservation and accompany participants under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 booked without a paid adult may have their reservation cancelled.
• Children 23 months and younger are free but require a reservation.

• All dines are assigned seating. Large parties that would like to sit together should book under the same last name.
• All rates are plus tax.   

Dining Refund Policy: Character dining experiences are non-refundable. Dining reservations can be rebooked once for free as long as the change is 24 hours in advance of the reservation date, but there are charges for changes made within 24 hours or for more than one change.
