How do I purchase a Season Pass?

The best way to purchase a Season Pass is online here. You can also purchase a Season Pass by visiting Guest Relations at the park on any operating day or calling 215-702-ELMO.

How can I upgrade my one-day or two-day ticket to a Season Pass?

Upgrades are only available at the park. Please visit Guest Relations for more information.

What do I need to do before my first visit?

After you purchase your Season Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF of your Season Pass. You can print this out or display this on your phone to be scanned at the front gate and to receive your in-park discounts.

For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Login to the Season Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts.

If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Season Pass, please visit Guest Relations to have it printed.

How do I update my credit card payment information?

To update your payment information, please log in to the Season Pass Member website with your username and password and click on “Account Page” to update your information.

Can I buy one Silver Pass for the free parking and get Bronze Passes for the rest of my family?

If you only wish to take advantage of the free parking benefit, you only need one Silver Pass to receive free general parking at Sesame Place Philadelphia. However, in order for your family to take advantage of the many other great benefits of a Silver Pass including VIP Character Meet & Greets and Early Ride Time every member of your party must have the higher tiered Season Pass.

I want to upgrade my Bronze Season Pass to a Gold Season Pass. How can I do this?

You can upgrade your Season Pass Membership and enjoy the many benefits. To upgrade, please visit Guest Relations at the park.

Is the Transferable Pass still available?

Yes, you may still add a Transferable Pass to your household. A Transferable Pass offers the flexibility to bring a different guest each time you visit. The Transferable Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a “Host” Season Pass. The “Host” Season Pass Member should have their name displayed on their own Season Pass as well as on the Transferable Season Pass.

If I do not use a Free Guest Ticket by the expiration date, will it rollover to the next year?

No, all Free Guest Tickets must be used by the expiration dates provided below. Any unused Free Guest Tickets will not be extended.
