How do I purchase a Season Pass?

The best way to purchase a Season Pass is online here. You also can call (215) 702-ELMO or visit Guest Relations on any regular operating day to purchase.

What is EZpay?

EZpay is an interest-free monthly payment program designed to make it easy for anyone to become a Season Pass Member at Sesame Place. After your initial purchase, your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis until your reach your full payment commitment. 

How do I update my credit card payment information?

To update your payment information, please login to the Season Pass Member website with your username and password and click on “Account Page” to update your information.

What are blockout dates?

Blockout dates are dates when a pass is not valid for admission to the park. There are no blockout dates for season passes or free friend tickets during the 2020 operating season.

How do I access my Season Pass Member benefits and special offers?

After you purchase a Season Pass, you will have immediate access to the Season Pass Member website. You may use your account username and password or your Season Pass Member barcode and zip code to login to the website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access discounted guest tickets, book a character dine with your discount and more!

Can I buy one Silver Pass for the free parking and get Bronze Passes for the rest of my family?

If you only wish to take advantage of the free parking benefit, you only need one Silver Pass to receive free general parking at Sesame Place. However, in order for your family to take advantage of the many other great benefits of a Silver Pass including VIP Character Meet & Greets and Early Ride Time every member of your party must have the higher tiered Season Pass.

Is the Transferable Pass still available?

Yes, you may still add a Transferable Pass to your household. A Transferable Pass offers the flexibility to bring a different guest each time you visit. The Transferable Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a “Host” Season Pass. The “Host” Season Pass Member should have their name displayed on their own Season Pass as well as on the Transferable Season Pass.

What do I need to do before my first visit?

After you purchase your Season Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF version of your actual Season Pass. This is your Season Pass which you can either print out or scan at the front gate for entrance, or display on your phone to be scanned for entry. You may also show this at culinary and merchandise locations in-park to receive your discount.

For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Login to the Season Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts. Apple device users may also add them to their Apple Wallet.

If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Season Pass, please visit Guest Relations to have it printed.

Can I upgrade my regular ticket to a Season Pass?

Yes, single-day and two-day ticket holders may upgrade their ticket to a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass. If you wish to pay in full for the Season Pass, the price of your ticket will be applied to price of the Season Pass. If you wish to purchase a Season Pass with EZpay monthly payments, we will refund your original ticket purchase and then start you on the payment plan for the Season Pass of your choice.
