How do I purchase a Season Pass?
The best way to purchase a Season Pass is online here. You also can call (215) 702-ELMO or visit Guest Relations on any regular operating day to purchase.
What is EZpay?
EZpay is an interest-free monthly payment program designed to make it easy for anyone to become a Season Pass Member at Sesame Place. After your initial purchase, your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis until your reach your full payment commitment. The ability to divide your Season Pass purchase up into 12 low monthly payments is a limited-time offer and will not be available year round.
How do I update my credit card payment information?
To update your payment information, please login to the Season Pass Member website with your username and password and click on “Account Page” to update your information.
What is the difference between the old Season Passes and the new Season Passes?
The names of the Season Passes have changed from character names to Bronze Pass, Silver Pass, Gold Pass and Platinum Pass. The Gold Pass is also a new tier that provides additional benefits. There have also been changes to the benefits associated with each Season Pass level. For more information on Season Pass benefits, click here.
How are the new Season Passes the same as the old ones?
Many of the benefits of the old Season Passes are still available. For more information on Season Pass benefits, click here. We also still offer the ability to add a Transferable Pass to your household which offers the flexibility to bring a different guest each time you visit.
What are blockout dates?
Blockout dates are dates when a pass is not valid for admission to the park. The Bronze Pass is the only Season Pass tier that has blockout dates associated with it. Bronze Pass blockout dates are as follows:
2019: October 19, 20, 26, 27
Free friend tickets also include the following blockout dates:
May 25, 26 & 27
July 3 – 6; 13, 20, 27
August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
September 1 & 2
October 19, 20, 26 & 27
December 21, 22 & 31
How do I access my Season Pass Member benefits and special offers?
After you purchase a Season Pass, you will have immediate access to the Season Pass Member website. You may use your account username and password or your Season Pass Member barcode and zip code to login to the website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access discounted guest tickets, book a character dine with your discount and more!
Can I buy one Silver Pass for the free parking and get Bronze Passes for the rest of my family?
If you only wish to take advantage of the free parking benefit, you only need one Silver Pass to receive free general parking at Sesame Place. However, in order for your family to take advantage of the many other great benefits of a Silver Pass including VIP Character Meet & Greets and Early Ride Time every member of your party must have the higher tiered Season Pass.
Is the Transferable Pass still available?
Yes, you may still add a Transferable Pass to your household. A Transferable Pass offers the flexibility to bring a different guest each time you visit. The Transferable Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a “Host” Season Pass. The “Host” Season Pass Member should have their name displayed on their own Season Pass as well as on the Transferable Season Pass.
What do I need to do before my first visit?
After you purchase your Season Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF version of your actual Season Pass. This is your Season Pass which you can either print out or scan at the front gate for entrance, or display on your phone to be scanned for entry. You may also show this at culinary and merchandise locations in-park to receive your discount.
For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Login to the Season Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts. Apple device users may also add them to their Apple Wallet.
If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Season Pass, please visit Guest Relations to have it printed.

Can I upgrade my regular ticket to a Season Pass?
Yes, single-day and two-day ticket holders may upgrade their ticket to a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass. If you wish to pay in full for the Season Pass, the price of your ticket will be applied to price of the Season Pass. If you wish to purchase a Season Pass with EZpay monthly payments, we will refund your original ticket purchase and then start you on the payment plan for the Season Pass of your choice.
Upgrades are available in-park only.

I have a 2019 Season Pass with the character names, will my benefits change?
No, 2019 Season Pass Members who purchased before September 20, 2018 will retain the benefits that were associated with the Season Pass tier they chose at time of purchase. If you wish to change over to one of the new Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum passes, please contact 215-702-ELMO or visit Guest Relations on your next visit for more information.
After my Season Pass expires, can I be grandfathered in and purchase the same Season Pass I have now?
No, as of September 20, 2018, our previous Season Pass structure will no longer be available to purchase. Once your Season Pass expires, if you are interested in renewing, you must choose one of the new Season Pass options.
I have a 2019 Season Pass with the character names. Where I can I find a list of the benefits that are associated with my original Pass?
