How do I purchase a Season Pass?

The best way to purchase a Season Pass is online here. You can also purchase a season pass by visiting Guest Relations at the park on any operating day or calling 215-702-ELMO.

How can I upgrade my one-day or two-day ticket to a Season Pass?

You can visit Guest Relations at the park to upgrade your ticket to a season pass. Upgrades are available only at the park. If you wish to pay in full for the upgrade to a Season Pass, the price of your ticket will be applied to price of the Season Pass and you pay the difference.

What do I need to do before my first visit?

After you purchase your Season Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF of your Season Pass. You can print this out or display this on your phone to be scanned at the front gate and to receive your in-park discounts.

 

For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Login to the Season Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts. Apple device users may also add them to their Apple Wallet.

 

If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Season Pass, please visit Guest Relations to have it printed.

How do I update my credit card payment information?

To update your payment information, please login to the Season Pass Member website with your username and password and click on “Account Page” to update your information.

What are blockout dates?

Blockout dates are dates when a pass is not valid for admission to the park. Bronze season pass have blockout dates in 2021 on October 23, 24, 30, & 31.

Can I buy one Silver Pass for the free parking and get Bronze Passes for the rest of my family?

If you only wish to take advantage of the free parking benefit, you only need one Silver Pass to receive free general parking at Sesame Place. However, in order for your family to take advantage of the many other great benefits of a Silver Pass including VIP Character Meet & Greets and Early Ride Time every member of your party must have the higher tiered Season Pass.

I want to upgrade my Bronze Season Pass to a Gold Season Pass. How can I do this?

You can upgrade to a Silver, Gold or Platinum Pass by paying the difference between the Pass you wish to purchase and what you paid for your Pass. Upgrades can be purchased by visiting Guest Relations.

Is the Transferable Pass still available?

Yes, you may still add a Transferable Pass to your household. A Transferable Pass offers the flexibility to bring a different guest each time you visit. The Transferable Pass must be purchased in conjunction with a “Host” Season Pass. The “Host” Season Pass Member should have their name displayed on their own Season Pass as well as on the Transferable Season Pass.

How do I access my Season Pass Member benefits and special offers?

After you purchase a Season Pass, you will have immediate access to the Season Pass Member website. You can log into the website using your Season Pass Member barcode and zip code, or, by creating an account with a username and password. Once you are logged into your Season Pass account, you will be able to access discounted and free guest tickets, book a character dine or cabana and more with your Season Pass Member discount.

How do I use my free friend tickets at other SeaWorld Entertainment Parks such as SeaWorld and Busch Gardens?

Platinum Pass Members, to visit a park not previously included on your Pass, please redeem a single-day ticket online via the Pass Member dashboard. Then visit the park’s website to make a reservation.

2020 Season Pass Questions

What are you doing for active 2020 Season Pass Members who purchased before August 20, 2020 and were not able to visit while the park was closed?

All active 2020 Season Passes purchased before August 20,2020 will be automatically extended through the end of the 2021 season (1/2/22). To be eligible for the season pass extension, 2020 Season Passes must have been active as of August 19, 2020.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, we offer a process to defer monthly payments. Active Pass Members who choose to defer payments or are not up to date with their payments may not be eligible for these rewards.

I have a 2020 All-Season Dining Pass. When will that be valid through?

2020 All-Season Dining Passes purchased before August 20, 2020 will automatically be extended through the end of the 2021 Season (1/2/22).

Can I get a refund on my active 2020 Season Pass?

Season Passes are non-refundable. We are automatically extending all active Season Passes purchased before August 20, 2020 through the end of the 2021 Season(1/2/22).

Are Season Pass Members required to make a reservation to visit the park?

All ticket holders — including Season Pass Members — are required to make a reservation before they visit.

I have a Season Pass and I want to reserve my day. What do I do?

Please click here or go to Reserve Now on the home page and choose your visit date in the Season Pass Member section.

I am going to buy a Season Pass. Do I need to reserve my visit date?

Yes, once you purchase your Season Pass and your transaction is complete, you will be prompted to return back into the reservation system to reserve your visit date.

I am a Season Pass Member and the day I would like to visit is filled up, will additional inventory be added?

Inventory will be closely monitored and adjusted based on demand and available capacity. We invite guests to check back frequently as inventory will be adjusted on a daily basis.

I am a Season Pass Member and I want to use my discounted/complimentary guest tickets, do those need reservations?

Yes, all ticketed guests need reservations. Once your guest ticket has been printed, a reservation must be made for the day your guest wants to visit the park. For tickets being redeemed on a kiosk, the guest must accompany a Pass Member with an active reservation for admittance and entry is subject to availability.

I am a Season Pass Member and want to visit another park at a discounted rate. How do I get a reservation and ticket?

Once you purchase your discounted ticket to visit another park on the Season Pass Member website, visit the reservation page for that park to complete the reservation process.

I have a Platinum Season Pass. Can I visit two parks in the same day?

In order to allow as many guests as possible to experience our parks, we are currently not allowing guests to reserve a visit to two parks on the same day.

What do I need to bring with me to access the park?

Guests visiting will need to bring their original Season Pass, their reservation confirmation, and an appropriate face covering.
