The park will open its 45th Birthday Celebration with a 45th Birthday Kick-Off Party on Saturday, April 26. The 45th Birthday Kick-Off Party will feature a special performance from everyone’s favorite furry friends, party games, birthday crafts, and giveaways! Plus, enjoy the debut of the NEW Sesame Street Birthday Parade and more birthday-themed attractions, dining, and entertainment!

Join us on Saturday, April 26th for our first 2025 Pin Trading Event. We will be releasing the new Ambassador Exclusive pin series for this year and have the Ambassador Exclusive pins from last year available for trade. We will also have new pins available for purchase at the event including our fantastic Elmo Birthday pin! We will be playing fun pin trading games next to Oscar’s Garage where guests can trade from pin boards and ambassador lanyards. There will also be trading opportunities at Mr. Hooper’s Gift Shop, the Sesame Place Store, Photos with Elmo & Friends, and Rentals & Reservations: Photo Viewing.

Sesame Place will celebrate an un-official start of summer with a sun-sational 45th Birthday Bash over Memorial Day Weekend! Guests can have fun in the sun with tropical-themed entertainment, plus splash and slide on water attractions for the first time during the 2025 season!
