Revisions, Cancellations and Refund Policy

- Vacation packages cancelled more than 72 hours prior to 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Vacation packages cancelled within 72 hours of 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for individual components of a vacation package.
- Unused portions of a vacation package are not eligible for a refund.
- All vacation packages are non-transferable.
Please Note: Email responses may take 3–5 business days. To ensure your cancellation request is processed before the 72-hour cancellation deadline, we strongly recommend contacting us by email at least 5–7 business days before your scheduled arrival date.
All Sesame Place Philadelphia hotel packages need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance from your check-in date.
