Tango’s Gotcha Day Celebration

Celebrate Elmo’s adoption of his sweet and adorable puppy Tango at Sesame Place Philadelphia with all things Tango! Festivities include Elmo & Tango's Gotcha Day Scavenger Hunt, the Furry Friends Gotcha Day Celebration Dance Party, and special photo opportunities with Tango, Barkley, and their friends dressed in puppy-themed costumes around the park. You'll find puppy-themed fun around every corner!

Plus, don’t miss our ALL-NEW Fur-ever Friends Pet Adoption Event in partnership with Philly Rescue Angels. Guests can meet and apply to adopt rescue dogs just like Tango on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12th

Fur-ever Friends Pet Adoption Event in Partnership with Philly Rescue Angels

Meet your very own fur-ever friend from Philly Rescue Angels! To celebrate Tango's Gotcha Day, guests can meet and apply to adopt rescue dogs, just like Tango!

Come celebrate Tango’s Gotcha Day with one of her favorite things to do, and that’s dance! Join Tango, Elmo, Zoe, and Prairie Dawn for our Furry Friends Dance Party.

Elmo and Tango’s Gotcha Day Scavenger Hunt

Go on a scavenger hunt and find all 5 puppy items Elmo needs to take care of Tango. Once you have found all the puppy items, turn your sheet in at Mr. Hooper’s Gift Shop to receive a special prize!
