Do I need to purchase tickets online or can we buy at the park?

We recommend guests purchase admission to The ALL-NEW Furry & Bright Christmas Drive-Thru in advance. Admission may be purchased at the park when you arrive, but is subject to availability.

Do Season Pass Members receive a discount?

Season Pass Members save 20% on their event admission. Log in to your account to purchase. 

Do you accept cash and credit cards?

Online ordering is encouraged to keep with social distancing but cash and credit are both accepted in the park.

Should I purchase the car or mini bus ticket?

Vehicles that are carrying 8-15 passengers are considered mini-buses. Vehicles with more than 15 passengers will not be admitted.

Are there any vehicles which are not permitted?

The following types of vehicles are prohibited at the event: Buses, bicycles, motorcycles or scooters, and cars with trailer attachments.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. If there is a cancellation or delay of the experience, we will help with rescheduling tickets. Please contact [email protected] for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

We came when the weather wasn’t ideal, can we get our money back?

We do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather limits visibility and is to the point we cannot operate, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date.

Will I be required to wear a face covering?

We have worked diligently with state and local health officials, government leaders, medical and epidemiology experts, and attraction industry leaders to develop protocols and guidelines to safely reopen our park, including requirements for guests and team members to wear face coverings.

Face coverings are required for guests at transaction points during the experience (admission, merchandise, culinary). Guests are not required to wear face coverings while driving through the experience.

Guests who do not comply with the face covering policy as stated above will not be permitted to enter or remain in the park.

Can we have people in our truck bed?

Everyone will need to be inside of the vehicle.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed. The only exceptions are service animals which must remain inside the vehicle at all times.

How long is the experience?

The drive-thru experience is roughly 30 minutes from event admission in the parking lot to park exit.

Will there be interaction with our Sesame Street friends?

You can interact with your favorite furry friends. All interactions will be done in a creative way from inside your car without needing to open the window.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Snacks and beverages will be available for pre-order and to buy at the event while remaining in the comfort of your own vehicle. Menus and availability may vary by session.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

There is a limited amount of merchandise bundles available for pre-order to pick up at the event while remaining in the comfort of your own vehicle. There will also be other merchandise sold at the ALL-NEW Christmas Drive-Thru.

Are there restrooms available?

Guests will have access to restrooms prior to admission. Look for signs directing you where to park and enter the building. Reminder, guests are required to wear face coverings and practice safe social distancing while outside of their vehicle.

Once we exit the ALL-NEW Christmas Drive-Thru, can we come back the same day?

Guests may not return after exiting the Drive-Thru on the same day without paying admission again. Tickets expire once guests exit the Drive-Thru.

Can I coordinate my booking with another car?

You can purchase multiple tickets for the same time session, as long as there is availability, although the specific position of each car within the group cannot be guaranteed.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

We do allow photography at the event for personal use only. For any other use, please contact us in advance at [email protected].

What happens if my car breaks down, overheats, etc. while I’m in the ALL-NEW Christmas Drive-Thru?

If your car can still move, please drive to the side of the road (but stay on the roadway) and place your flashers on. If you cannot move your car, just place your flashers on. One of our team members will come to assist you. Do not exit the vehicle.

Since I am in my vehicle, will I be allowed to smoke?

Smoking is not permitted on the premises whether inside or outside your vehicle.

Will I have to go through Security before entering?

Vehicle and belongings are subject to visual inspection prior to entering the experience. All vehicles must open their windows to complete this inspection. The following items are not permitted to be brought into Sesame Place for the safety of our guests and team members: 

 

  • Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons (to include self-defense sprays, pocket knives, toy guns, squirt guns, water blasters, etc.)
  • Articles of clothing with offensive language or images
  • Flags, banners, signs, or voice amplification devices used for the purpose of conducting demonstrations or to incite a crowd
  • Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, drug paraphernalia or other illegal substances
  • Fireworks and other flammable items
  • Laser pens, laser pointers or similar focused light devices
  • Portable stereos and loud music
