If you fail to timely pay a monthly installment, the entire remaining balance for the initial 1-year term will be due, your pass may be cancelled, and late fees and costs of collection may be collected.

The Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be revoked for misuse.

The Terms and Conditions for the Pass have a class-action waiver, are governed by the laws of the State where the park is located, and include exclusive venue provisions for any disputes.
