For all other inquiries, comments, or suggestions, please use the form below. If you are writing to us regarding your recent visit, please provide as much information as possible (order number, season pass barcode, ticket voucher number, copies of tickets, etc.) so we may best assist you.

    Sesame Place is only able to assist organizations within a 25 mile radius of the park.  Our focus areas are children and families, education, conservation, and the environment.  Currently, we do not contribute to third party events, events for employees, volunteers, or recreational groups.
