The best way to purchase a Season Pass is online here. When the park opens, you will be able to purchase a Season Pass by visiting Guest Services at the park on any operating day or by calling 619-943-ELMO.
You can visit the Ticket Windows at the front of the park Guest Services at the park to upgrade your ticket to a Season Pass. Upgrades are available only at the park. If you wish to pay in full for the upgrade to a Season Pass, the price of your ticket will be applied to price of the Season Pass and you pay the difference.
After you purchase your Season Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF of your Season Pass. You can print this out or display this on your phone to be scanned at the front gate and to receive your in-park discounts.
For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Log in to the Season Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts. Apple device users may also add them to their Apple Wallet.
If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Season Pass, please visit Guest Services to have it printed.
To update your payment information, please log in to the Season Pass Member website with your username and password and click on “Account Page” to update your information.
Reprints will be issued at any ticket window. Adults must present valid government-issued photo identification in order to receive their reprinted Season Passes.
Blockout dates are dates when a Season Pass is not valid for admission to the park.
Season Pass Members should log into their online account using the Season Passbarcode number and zip code to view and redeem free guest tickets.
The Free Friend tickets are available upon purchase of your Season Pass, and can be used on any park operating day throughout the season. There are no blockout dates on the Free Friend Tickets that come with your Season Pass. Please check the park operating calendar before visiting the park.
The Free Friend Tickets expire at the end of the 2023 season. The Free Friend Tickets that come with your Season Pass are valid on any park operating day throughout the season.
PhotoKey is an exciting and new way for you to digitally own all your unforgettable photo memories from your day at Sesame Place San Diego. PhotoKey allows you to easily collect, view & share your in-park photos taken by in-park Sesame Place team members. Collect your photos from most major rides and photo locations using a unique QR code that is linked to your PhotoKey account. Photos taken by our in-park photo team will also be linked to your account using this unique QR code. Relive your memories with one-of-a-kind memorabilia from sesameplace.com/photokey.

PhotoKey is available as a One-Day Pass or an Annual Pass and a can be purchased Park Photos location inside the park.
Gold Season Pass Members get a free One Day PhotoKey Pass. Platinum Season Pass Members get a free Annual PhotoKey Pass. Gold and Platinum Season Pass Members must print out a voucher at the front gate kiosks to redeem their PhotoKey benefits at the Park Photos location inside the park.

Reserved Parade Viewing for Platinum Season Pass Members is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is located on the sidewalk near the Park Photos building, across from Hooper’s Store. The ambassador at the location will verify your Platinum Season Pass and give you access to the area. If Platinum Pass Members have friends/family that are not Platinum Pass Members, they can purchase Reserved Parade Viewing for their guests.
