Super Grovers Neighborhood Heros Weekend

Join us in celebrating everyday heroes for Super Grover’s Everyday Heroes Weekend on Friday, Feb. 16, through Monday, Feb. 19. Families will have the opportunity to meet real-life heroes from your neighborhood, including police officers, firefighters, and more! Plus, enjoy hero-themed dance parties, meet & greets, and activities that are fun for guests of all ages!

To thank our local community heroes, Sesame Place San Diego is offering one-day free admission tickets to first responders plus up to six tickets for $35.99 each to share with. This offer is valid for park visits 2/16/24 through 2/19/24.

Meet A First Responder Hero

Neighborhood Police Officers, Firefighters, SeaWorld Rescue Uniformed members of local police departments, fire departments, and SeaWorld Rescue will be at the park for guests to meet, take pictures with, and ask questions.

Storytime with Super Grover

Book lovers and readers can gather for Storytime with Super Grover and hear Hooray For Heroes book. After the story is complete, guests have a chance to take a picture with Super Grover.

Everyday Heroes Dance Party

Guests can dance, sing, and rock along to their favorite tunes with Elmo, his furry friends, and heroes from the neighborhood at this Everyday Heroes Dance Party! See park schedule for details.

Meet & Greet with Sesame Street Friends

Make memories and get a photo with your furry friends dressed as police officers, firefighters, and more! See park schedule for details.

Appreciation Banner

Guests can visit the Appreciation Banner station and write a message of gratitude to first responders and share stories and thank them for their commitment and dedication to helping our communities daily.
