Why do guests need a reservation to visit the park?

In order to manage capacity, maintain physical distancing and to help ensure a safe and fun experience at the park, all guests are required to make a reservation prior to visiting.

How does the reservation process work?

To make a reservation, you must have a ticket or Season Pass.

If you do not already have a ticket or Season Pass, you must purchase one before making a reservation.

  •  Guests can purchase and make a reservation for same-day tickets if there is inventory available
  •  Dated single-day tickets automatically include your reservation when you choose the date of your ticket at time of purchase
  •  If an Any Day Ticket or Any Two Day ticket is purchased, a reservation is not made at the time of purchase and must be made prior to visiting the park

If you have an existing ticket or Season Pass, you must make a reservation prior to visiting the park. We have reserved daily capacity for our valued Season Pass Members. Guests can make a reservation on the same day of a planned visit if there is inventory available. To make a reservation if you have an existing ticket or Season Pass:

  1. 1. Click here or go to the site homepage and click the "Reserve Now" button
  2. 2. Identify yourself as either a ticket, or Season Pass holder
  3. 3. Select the date you would like to visit
  4. 4. Enter your ticket, or Season Pass barcode number and email address to confirm your reservation

Once you receive your reservation confirmation via email, you must bring that confirmation along with your single-day ticket or Season Pass to enter the park.

Single-day and multi-day tickets are non-refundable, but reservations can be rescheduled prior to the original visitation date. What is a Water Play Session Reservation?

In order to manage park capacity and maintain physical distancing so you can enjoy your day at Sesame Place, guests who want to enjoy our water rides and attractions (open May 28 – September 12) must choose between daily water play sessions – Morning Water Play Session (10:00am – 2:00pm) and Afternoon Water Play Session (2:30pm – 6:30pm). Both Water Play Sessions include use of the dry rides, attractions, and shows all day long.

Why do I need to make a Water Play Session reservation?
