Update on Sesame Place Operations
May 11, 2020As part of our continued commitment to the safety of our guests and team members, and in accordance with guidance from state and local officials, Sesame Place will remain temporarily closed. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
We will announce ride openings and new launch dates after we resume normal operations.
We are continuing to monitor this evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation closely and are coordinating with public health officials. We look forward to welcoming our valued guests back to our park soon.

PARK OPERATIONS
How long will Sesame Place be closed due to the coronavirus?
Sesame Place is temporarily closed. We are continuing to monitor this evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation closely and are coordinating with public health officials. We look forward to welcoming our valued guests back to our park soon.
TICKETS
Can I reschedule my trip/event for a later date?
Expiration dates for tickets that may have expired during the temporary park closure in 2020 will be automatically extended through December 31, 2021. Internationally purchased tickets will be automatically extended through the first week of 2022. No action required on your part.
Guests who have in-park experiences such as character dines that are date specific and will not be able to be used during the time that the park is temporarily closed will be able to reschedule through December 31. 2021.
I booked my trip to Sesame Place through a third-party vendor. Can you help me with my questions?
Guests who booked travel with a third-party reseller should contact the reseller directly for assistance.
I have a vacation package. Can I get a ticket refund if I cancel my trip?
Reservations for vacation packages booked prior to April 19, can be rebooked on any date, subject to availability, prior to December 31, 2021. No change fees will apply.
I was planning to attend the park on a school, daycare or day camp trip during the time the park is closed. Can I get a refund?
All school, summer camp, and day care group tickets which expired during the temporary park closure will be extended through December 31. 2021. For questions about your group tickets, please call 215-702-ELMO.
Will I be refunded for my ticket or experience?
All tickets that expire during the period that Sesame Place is closed will be extended through December 31, 2021. Internationally purchased tickets will be automatically extended through the first week of 2022. No action required on your part.
