Magic of Being a Sesame Place Season MemberApril 8, 2022
My youngest daughter, Rose, still believes in the magic, and that’s something special.
Our first visit to Sesame Place was in 2006, when our oldest daughter was little. It only took two years to realize, we need to be Season Pass Members—and we have been since.
Like most, my family enjoys traveling. We live in West Virginia, and as a Platinum Season Pass Member, we have access to all the Busch Gardens and SeaWorld parks, in addition to Sesame Place. For me, this means we receive savings on nearly every aspect of our trip, from parking to merchandise and food—even preferred parking, which I’m reminded is my personal favorite perk each time we have to walk back to the car at the end of the day.
Of course, we enjoy the rides, but the biggest draw to Sesame Place for our family is the entertainment. We used to watch all the shows that we could get to in one trip—we could never skip a parade—and we’re looking forward to seeing the Baby Shark Mini-Show and Choo Choo Soul concert coming up during Elmo’s Springtacular. The Entertainment staff is amazing, and they create special moments for our family each visit.
We see this the most when Rose gets to meet her much-loved Sesame Street friends. There’s no doubt, Rose’s favorite part of being a Pass Member is the VIP Meet & Greets, especially when they include Cookie Monster.
Between all the Season Pass Member events and the discounts, there’s a lot to love about Sesame Place. But seeing my daughter light up with excitement when she sees Elmo or hugs Abby Cadabby is the real magic in being a Season Pass Member.
