Sesame Place Cares is a collection of programs and initiatives in our park, in our communities and around the world that symbolize our commitment to conservation, education and community service.
Sesame Place gives back to the community in many ways. Sesame Place has acted as a collection area for donations to a number of organizations, including United Way and Cradles to Crayons. The park also has special relationships with a number of children's organizations in the area including American Red Cross, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Cradles to Crayons, St. Mary Medical Center Pediatric Emergency Unit, and Variety - The Children's Charity.

Sesame Place® Cares hosted the United Way of Bucks County's annual "Stuff the Bus" in August 2016.
Over 2,000 backpacks were stuffed with basic school supplies such as notebooks, pens, pencils, book covers, etc. The backpacks were distributed to the 16% of local Bucks County children who struggle to have their basic needs, such as school supplies, met.
The event kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony that included local officials, park president, Bob Caruso, and of course, Elmo and Cookie Monster.
The Sesame Place Team Member Memorial Garden is dedicated in remembrance of Sesame Place team members whose lives were taken too soon.
