No, park admission is not included in the cost of a dine, cabana or any birthday party package add-on. Paid park admission is required and an additional fee for each guest.

No, character dining in Dine with Me! is not a private event.
Are the cakes/cupcakes able to be customized?
No, all cakes and cupcakes are vanilla cake with vanilla icing. Cakes will have “Happy Birthday” written on them. Names are not able to be added.
Can I substitute items in the Birthday Party Supplies package?
Birthday Party Supplies are pre-set and no substitutions are allowed.
Can I order Birthday Party Supplies for my cabana rental?
No, at this time, party supplies are only available as an add-on to a Character Dining Experience.
Can I have Party Favor Packs delivered to my Character Dining Experience or cabana?
All Party Favor Packs should be picked up at Mr. Hooper’s Emporium.
Can I substitute items in my Party Favor Pack or choose other characters?
Party Favor Packs are pre-set and no substitutions are allowed. Guests should visit Mr. Hooper’s Emporium to pick up their Party Favor Packs and may choose between an Elmo or Cookie Monster beanbag plush for each favor purchased. No other character options are available at this time.
Where can I use the game play from my Ultimate Party Favor Pack?
Game Play can be redeemed at any one of the following games: Basketball, Ring Toss, Mashed Potato, Elmo's Garden Grows, Splash Dash, Toss-A-Ball, Feed the Frogs or Color Counter.
Where can I pick up my family photo from my Ultimate Party Favor Pack?
Family photo vouchers can be redeemed at Front Gate Photo or Smile With Me! for one 6X8 photo layout on the day of your visit.

Big Bird & Super Grover Season Pass Members save 30% on character dining reservations. Please call 1-866-GO-4-ELMO to make your reservations and receive 30% discount if you are also purchasing party supplies and/or party favor packs. The 30% Season Pass Member discount does not apply to party supplies, party favor packs, cakes or cupcakes.
What is your refund policy?
Sesame Place will provide a full refund with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of the date/time of the scheduled arrival. No refunds within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival. Sesame Place will not provide a refund if you do not arrive on the scheduled day. Party favors are not for resale. Paid park admission is required. Packages must be purchased online, in advance. Proof of purchase is required. Call 1-866-GO-4-ELMO to make changes to your reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
